Huru is a brand that is owned and operated by Chemistree Pty Ltd. All references to "Huru," "we," "us," or "our" in these terms and conditions refer to Chemistree Pty Ltd and its affiliated entities.

2. No Medical Advice  
Huru and Chemistree Pty Ltd are not a medical advice service.  We facilitate connections between patients and healthcare providers, including doctors and pharmacies, to support smoking cessation efforts. Any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided is the sole responsibility of the healthcare practitioners in our network. You should always seek the advice of your doctor or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

3. Consent to Share Medical History and Personal Details  
By using Huru’s services, you agree to share your medical history and personal details with our network of healthcare practitioners. This information is necessary for doctors and other healthcare professionals to assess your eligibility for services and provide appropriate care.  You must ensure the accuracy of the information you provide. Misrepresentation or failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect your ability to receive proper care.

4. Use of Personal and Sensitive Information  
By accessing Huru’s services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal and sensitive information in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Specifically:  
a) You consent to the use of your information by the Medical Clinic for the creation and transmission of an Electronic Referral to a service provider recommended by the referring doctor.  

b) You acknowledge that the healthcare practitioners and service providers to whom referrals are made are independent entities and not under the control of Huru or Chemistree Pty Ltd.

5. Privacy Policy Consent  
By providing personal information to us, you consent to its collection, storage, use, and disclosure in line with our Privacy Policy. Huru is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your information is handled securely. 6. Limitation of Liability  
Huru and Chemistree Pty Ltd are not liable for any outcomes, side effects, or results arising from services provided by healthcare practitioners or any other third parties in our network. Your use of these services is at your own risk.

We may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on our website. Continued use of Huru’s services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law  
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. By using our services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
